This company does not have a customer service team well they do biut they need renaming NONE CUSTOMER SERVICES as that is exactly what you get None or very loww levels of service. I have been with o2 for well over 6 years and had problems with them since renewing my contract with the new iphone 4 they are not interested and do not want to help what so ever I will definately be migrating to a far better compnay. Oh yes And they use an outsourcing company called VENTURA and they are renowned for S**T customer service too.

STAY WELL AWAY FROM THESE COWBOYS GIVE YOUR WELL EARNED MONEY TO A COMPANY THAT TRUELLY IS BETTER CONNECTED BECAUSE THESE GUYS CERTAINLEY ARE NOT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
