I have been with O2 for years, maybe 7-8 years maybe more.

They sponsor my football team I have always wanted to like them!

However I am now considering moving as their customer service is absolutely useless. They do not care about their customers. I have written to O2 telling them that I will be moving all 5 of my family accounts and telling everyone how useless they are. O2 do not even acknowledge my emails. I am so disappointed. My only hope is that anyone reading this review will read my review and decide not to buy anything from O2.
