Hi Nicole,

I dont know if you can do anything with this.

I have started a campaign for o2 business users who have been denied free 12 month upgrades which were sold as included in their business contracts.

The facebook page has a sample of the original advertising material which offered a 12 month upgrade included in the tariff. It also has the copy of an email in whic o2 claim...

Upgrade doesnt mean an upgraded version of your current phone.

- Upgrade with in your tariff doesn't mean the upgrade would be free of
charge.


So when is an upgrade not an upgrade... when its an o2 upgrade. There are alot of angry customers out there.
