My wife has been an O2 customer for many years she phoned O2 customer services today as her contract was comming to an end. She went through to one of their call centres in Liverpool and encountered the most unhelpful person who upset her so much that she handed the phone over to me. Basically when I explained that we were getting a better deal from Virgin and 3 his attitude was that we should take up their offer. He wasn't interested that we were old customers that paid the Direct Debit on time. I really don't think O2 is interested in keeping its customers once the contract is finished. Needless to say she is now going to leave O2.
