I changed to Meteor from my service provider of 11 years, because they offered a better deal. But I really wish I hadn't. My wife and I wanted iphone4's at the time, but bought androids (Xperia T & J) on recommendation. Both phones were opened for roaming, but did not work out side of Ireland (not even in the North). We were told to replace the cards - still the same message "no network available". The phones were checked and we were told to "switch the phone off & on again when you enter another country (and the same when you return), what nonsense is that? We have never had to do that before, but we followed instructions - still didn't work. Now My wife is abroad and we communicate via friends - what do we need to do to fix this?
