Tonight, I received some abusive, upsetting texts from an unwanted sender, who has been bothering me for a long time.
Finally, after having enough of it, I logged onto meteor.ie to see if there was any way I could block him from not only calling me, but texting me also.
When I logged on, I expected to have to wait until tomorrow morning to be able to call Customer Care for this much needed help, but I was really pleasantly surprised to find that they are available to contact 24/7.
If this hadn't been the case, I would have had to endure receiving unwanted texts from a nasty person for the rest of the night, and be in fear of waking up to loads of texts from him tomorrow morning.

Thanks to the efficiency of Meteors considerate Customer Care services, I don't have to worry about these calls or texts, even if he attempts to call me from Private Number, he won't get through. I am delighted and sooooo relieved!!

I found out that it is possible to block someone from having ANY access what so ever to you via phone, whether its calling OR texting.
Thanks to this, there is no need for people who are being harassed, to have to change their numbers! :)

The woman that I talked to was clear, very nice and above all, very helpful.. unfortunately I can't remember her name.
Also, I don't have to wait long for the blocking to be done, only 5 minutes. It is efficiently done and totally hassle-free.

Another great bonus is even though I rang from France, it was free for me to call!

Thank you Meteor for providing such helpful Customer Care access, and the 24/7 customer care phone line! It is very much appreciated and has definitely not gone unnoticed!!!! :) :)
In my opinion, Meteor network is just great all round.
I have never had ANY problems with the network. Customer care is always very helpful, understanding, polite and friendly.
I have never come away without my query being answered!
