This is the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. The supervisor was never available... always in a "meeting" or "phone call". They say they will return your call but they won't.
I put 25euro internet, 3G credit onto my phone. They didn't add the credit properly so within a day I had nothing. I then spent an excruciating 5days on the phone to Lebara. They gave me 500MB in the end after a lot of drama...
Also the hold music is seriously bad!
