I have activated a new SIM from lebara yesterday and also i recharged for $49.90, it didnt asked for any plans when i recharged but it came with mega plan, i want to be on a standard plan. Then i rang the customer care and they told me they changed in 24 hours but still it not changed.
I really disappointed. I tried to call lebara from my mobile i waited for 22 minutes and then it got disconnected then tried may be 20 times every time i call no answer just goes blank.

I have signal but when calls connected cant hear from the other party!!!! so annoying...also u get in touch with some one totally stranger on the other side of the phone....this has started from 29/07 and still continues, dont know what the issue though but truly annoying...

When you got disturbances just disconnect, try again. if it is not solved or frequency of these problem is high, then Note down the number, country call call centre explain. They try those numbers from their end with land lines to cross check.
Or you try the other numbers in the same destination. This will helps to resolve the problem!
Some times they may give an advocate free talk time amount to you.
