“Most irresponsible company”

I don't have a proper signal from last 2 months on Lebara. Wrote so many emails which were answered bt different people and asking same questions again and again. I requested them to call me but they never did. On top of it to earn money they made their customer service call chargeable which is a shame. So I am missing all important calls and no one is helping me. Please use a good service company instead of this irresponsible company.

Check the coverage with Vodafone, if they cover the area where you live you get good service from Lebara, they use Vodafone network!
