I just signed up online. Three boxes Top Up, Auto top up and Scheduled top up comes up. I choose auto top for £20 because an offer states that if you choose auto top for £20 you get £10 free. When I pressed the button Continue after setting up my credit card details, it returns a message 'Thank you, your changes have been successful'. But it does not actually top up for any value. It kept returning this message no matter how many times I tried. I then pressed the Top button and topped up £20. I now only have a credit of £20 but it does not add the £10 free credit promised. When contacted the operator was rude to tell me that because I pressed the Top up and not Auto top up, I am not entitled to the free credit of £10. Which effectively means that you can never get the free credit the first time you top up.
Therefore, if you want to beat these guys to their own game, first create an ordinary top up for £5. And then follow it up by a change to Auto top up. Else you will be conned if you choose the £20 top up as I did. Nowhere on the web does it mention that the first time Auto top up will not work. I will now have to wait until my balance drops to £5 before the next auto top up works and hence a free credit may probably be given (only God knows what is in store by then!!!!).
When I requested the Operator to cancel the transaction,she told me that she may send in a request but there is no guarantee that the money will be returned.
I do not know how a company like this gets away in this country not obeying the 14 days cancellation rule, which is so religiously followed by almost every street vendor in this country !!!

Hello,
I am sorry about your recent experience and I do understand your frustration. Please note that ‘auto top-ups’ are different from regular (instant) top-ups as they are applied to your number once the credit on your number falls below a certain amount (which you can choose once you set it up). Auto top-up commands the system to top-up after your credit has fallen below a certain amount. On the other hand instant (regular) top-ups are applied immediately to your number.
