Lebara at their web site state they charge 10pm per minute for call to UK Mobile. I was charged nearly a 60p a minute to UK Mobile as per their bill and for calls we never made. There was another call charged showing 0 minutes and 0 seconds to Switzerland and charged 10p. This call was also not made by us. I have searched the calls made record on telephone and our address books the number shown does not exist. I telephoned as to why I am charged nearly 60 and the telephone was cut off after about 8 minutes or so. Email response as that the number was of Isle of Wight and they charged 39p a minute. Despite repeated reminder nearly over 4 weeks no response. Emails bounced as undelivered but when delivered despite acknowledgment no response while they pride in their customer service.
I have to wait 8 weeks before I can pute the matter before Ombudsman.
This is any easy was to cover their cheapness.
