Really enjoyed being with Giffgaff so far. Very easy to use, network is pretty decent and they don't operate in some of the annoying ways that the bigger telecoms companies do. The only criticism I have is the lack of transparency in relation to charges and billing, it's an area where the team/product could definitely improve.
