They rely on lazy customers leaving auto-topup features on, and then you often can't use the credit because the service is so bad.
Dropped calls, some calls never connect, awfully slow internet, even in Central London.
Also, a false economy - they're definitely not the cheapest, as demonstrated in this article. http://bit.ly/giffgaff-false
