There is no support!!
Community support is only for the technically illiterate with answers to ‘how do I ..” type questions.
Actual support is by asking questions of the Agents (employees) who ignore you for days. The Agent then pastes a standard response to the query and closes the ticket so you can’t update or reject the response. So you open a new ticket which they again ignore and eventually close with a standard response …. And so on…
Lots of technical problems on the network, you will have full signal but calls or data don’t actual work and you don’t know until you try to make a call.
Giffgaff is cheap; not as in inexpensive but as in cheap crud.

Agree totally sadly I moved to GiffGaff....& all my family over too....great until you have a problem & can't actually speak to a real person....then comes the stupid ask an agent email boxes to complete. ...which kept deleting themselves. .....then the agent closes the query even if it's not really been sorted! !!!!!....arrrgghh! !!....now brought new phone & on O2 contract ...yes I know GG is O2. ...but guess what I can dial a real person from my phone! !!!.....priceless ☺
