twice i paid for thier goody bag and could not make any calls out but they always blame you not them selfs and thier community page is full of complaunts about such things they should get it sorted they think they can get away with it as they are new to it been going for some time so no i would not recommend this company ever as they always blame the customer for all the faults , you pay and do not seem to get a service as they say you have used the money and you have not,itcome onn often is no service and you have no phone to use and they say after 3 days we will pay some charity as if i belive that i dont think let them show us all the payment they say they mad a few months ago and the only way you can sort out any thing is to go to the community who really can only advice so its money for old rope as my old mother would say come on giff gaff get it togetther and put right what is wrong or should we contact 02 who own it but think they to can pass the buck back on to us the customer
