“network in Canada”

I came to Canada fully expecting to find another network. Sadly this is not so. I am here for a month with no network service. I emailed them and all they said is, "that they cannot understand why I can't receive a network connection". End of story, except when I get back to the uk I will use what credit I have and cancel with them!!!
