I joined up to Giffgaff in May & was very happy for about 10 days. My number was changed really easily. Then one sunday the internet went down. I checked the settings & they were right. I asked the community & all I got back was the settings (which I had said were correct), no actual help. So I asked an agent - less than useful - he said they were a sim only company & had I checked my phone. He also said it may be the sim, but didn't offer to sent one & to change sim I would have had to pay to top up on a new sim. The internet came back about 4-5 days after it went down (proving it wasn't my phone), but only lasted 2 days & now won't work at all - unless I'm on my home wifi. Very unhelpful. Not an easy website to use. If you're not technically minded, don't go there, you won't get help.
