I have 4 phones with GiffGaff. Soon it will be none. If it all works, they they are fine (It's O2) and cheap. However, if anything goes wrong you're in trouble. Help is useless. The much vaunted "community" is very variable. Over 1 month to sort out a problem and then you just get ignored with is not sorted out. At all. No call centre. nobody to talk to - all contact is via a very buggy website.
