“Not good”

My son got me the SIM the first goodybag gave me 250 minutes as they say - purchased my next goodybag what did I get - yes £10 value = not the 250 minutes that I was expecting. To pick up my voicemail is a nightmere, it keeps telling me that I have to change my PIN, but it won't allow me, then I am charged for that. Dont think I'll be staying with them much longer.
