Well I have been using Giffgaff for 16 months and its been a mixed bag, firstly the customer service is very poor 48hrs still no reply, secondly they have just bared my data without any warning, The service was blocked after I downloaded a film to my phone 700mb, Now I had a goodybag which advertises unlimited internet which is not true so be aware of that too.
Another problem I had was with activating a sim for my daughter it took over 3 weeks this was in January, no reply from agents nothing.
The pricing is excellent but if you get a problem keep your expectations low.
