my wife read the reviews on giffgaff and decided to change over from o2 thinking she was getting a better deal out the envelope they promise 250 mins unlimited texts and unlimited internet received sim topped up etc set up her blackberry 9780 as per instructions she is still being charged for texts and calls ive been with o2 since it was bt cellnet both on contract and pay as you go and basicly there hard to beat my self i think giffgaff is just over rated hype promise this and that and deliver nothing waste of time and top up

Having read your review, it would seem that your wife only topped up.
In order to get the 250 minutes, unlimited texts and internet, you would need to convert your £10 top up to a goodybag.

Had your wife actually bought a goodybag, I am sure your review would have been 4 possibly 5 stars.
