Lost the connection on my phone 2 weeks ago. I have been emailing customer complaints and even the CEO's office every few days. I had one acknowledgement then nothing. Nothing is happening and they have even stopped replying. This poor customer service can NOT be recommended!

A person from the Woolwich store approach me that's in the SE18 Axis that's how I joined EE. Today the 01/06/2021 I got the most amazing service. A first class service a top to notch service. Store was closing down. I met three most professional people, I explained my predicament to them. The manager told his Professional and dedicated crew lets help this person out. first of all, I was so impressed about how they greeted me with smiles on their faces not frown ( Like its closing time you are supposed to know) I was amazed because I was not judged by my dressed down. They sat me down and swing into action to get to the bottom of my query. One man in the process hit his head, but he said he was fine. My query was resolved they went beyond and above. These are three most dedicate and efficient workers' I have met in recent times. They are for sure, huge and massive credit to the company (EE). I am super please they left the Shop 8:25pm this is a shop that closes by 6pm. They did not turn me back because I need my query resolved urgently. I am super proud. I never regret meeting that person in 2017. My query was resolved in no time with cheerful and pleasant workers who genuinely have the best of their customer’s interest at Heart. Well-done beautiful crew. Thank you to the manager, and the two others I am so please EE store in woolwich is place to visit a place where they leave you with everlasting memory

Worse than BAD! Arranged with EE Customer Service (What a joke) for my PAYM account to be changed to PAYG on 01/12/2020 as I was leaving for Thailand on 30/11/2020. They forget to mention that the PAYG sim needs registering by me in the UK!!! Now I'm doing two weeks quarantine in Bangkok with no network service, can't pay anyone from my UK bank Santander because I can't receive a text with my security code. Hotel phone does not allow international calls, and I only have internet access. Can't contact EE CS online as you can only do this if you have an active PAYM account! Not even sure if they have setup the PAYG sim! Not even worth one star, as Trustpilot doesn't allow none... This is EE loyalty for being a customer for many many years!!

Going to make this short and sweet (sour): Persuaded into buying a contract I didn't need, the prices were put up every month and they were going to charge me over £200 to cancel the contract. Ended up paying £25 a month for a phone and service I didn't use! Orange and T-Mobile were way better! Should have stayed that way! I switched to giffgaff in the end. Will never buy a contract again!

The Broadband speed is so bad that even emails, at certain times of the day, take forever to download. Forget about Youtube you just can't get any streaming without continual buffering. Every video will freeze. Customer Service...WHAT A JOKE! There isn't any. AVOID AVOID!!!!
written by KianHarrison on 22/04/2018
The Broadband is absolute third world quality. It always freezes on streaming, downloading is hopelessly slow, it will it work at all with more than 1 device on it. Truly lousy!!!!!. And try complaining to so called Customer Service......what a joke. They can't care less. Add to that price increases mid contract....I mean want a farce. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Excellent network 4G speeds are very fast 37MB in my area never had any problems with service ,but rang the customer service spoke to an English advisor who was knowledgeable and polite to upgrade my package got it for £14 unlimited text data and 10GB very fast data with no hidden extras or unexpected large bills having capped it to £2 month .

A few years ago I was on the Orange network on a Dolphin Pay As You Go tariff. I had a random call from a number and when I answered it was EE. They were asking me if I was interested in buying a contract to which I said I wasn't. They then proceeded to tell me that my Orange number was soon to be cut off and that the only way I could keep it was to take out an EE contract. I can't complain about the phone or the network connection. Both were very good. Yet the prices were a different story! I took out a £20 a month contract which was the cheapest they had at the time. Yet the calls and data would run out quickly so I had to buy "add ons" to get the same amount of data. The prices of the add ons went up and up and soon I was paying almost £60 a month for a £20 contract! I tried to call and cancel the contract, which I was told would cost me over £200 or pass it on to one of my friends! I ended up keeping the phone and not using it or any of the data and spent over a year paying £20 a month for nothing! None of my friends wanted the contract either as they could see what it was! Disaster! To add insult to injury my family members and their friends were still on either Orange or T-Mobile and their numbers hadn't been cut off! This is when I knew it was rubbish. I told them about it and they were shocked. EE falsely sold me a contract that in total has cost me somewhere between £200 and £400! Avoid like the plague! They're expensive!

Unfortunately EE only care about wining your business not retaining it, the deals they offer new customers compared to what they give there existing customers is huge. They are a huge corporation that have NO sense of customer service just like most large companies these days. The way to treat these large companies is to cancel your contract the min the agreement runs out and change to the best deal on the market at the time, this is a lot of hassle but will save you money every time, if your lucky the cancelations department will be able to match the offer of the provider you have chosen to go with if not move on and save money. If I thought for one second that EE even look at these reviews and that my comments would make a difference I would continue.

I had the misfortune to pay £25 for what I later learnt was a £10 data pack at Gatwick Airport. Used my sim for the first time on 24th August. One week later, after about 6 texts, I was told I had used them all up and had to top up. Called EE and got my texts reinstated. On 4th Sept I got a warning that I only had 7 days left of my 30 days free 10GB of data. Called EE up - again - and was told not to worry. On 11th Sept I got a text hoping I had enjoyed my now-expired 10GB of data. I had used 2.35 GB and it should not expire until 22nd Sept .Called up yet again and was told it was not possible to reinstate more than 1.5 GB of what should have been 7.65 remaining. I insisted, and a manager reinstated 6GB. Today I am informed I have used 80% of my data. I have used 2.67GB, not 8GB, which is what 80% of 10GB actually is. I have spent at least 20 minutes on the phone today failing to get through to EE to correct this. Suddenly, the call volume is extra high - or my phone number has been blacklisted. I will NEVER EVER use this grossly inefficient phone company again. Please think carefully if this product is right for you. It ain't right for me.

As EE customer, I was offered broadband deal which i took. it got to moving home. I rang them to change my address and request a move service. 1. I was given a date all services will be moved etc , the following day i received a call from another representative checking details- I could not believe my ears. told that a new contract has been set up for me without my consent so i refused also it turned out that they could not provide me with the same service i had originally signed for. and also asked them to confirm when was phone contract finished i was then informed that it finished in April. No warning nothing but they are happy to collect money. i ring up today to take up sim only and they try to sell me what i dont need they kept me for 30min on the phone. still i refused what they were proposing. so, decided to cancel my contract, while confirming my address - I found out that it has not been updated to my new address as the company run 2 different system ( every company does) I asked to speak to the complaint team and told that they dont have a complaint department only can speak to the manager who will take the complaint on board. unbelievable. I never experienced the level of incompetency and very bushy to get you to pay what you dont want. A big company withoutcompalint team definately NO go. please people be aware

Repeatedly ripped me off. Signed me up to a contract that I didn't agree to. Deleted my email account and address, 'by mistake'. Mis-sold their products. Fobbed me off and ignored my complaints. Then when they finally agreed to put things right and refund the overcharges and compensate for mis-selling, they didn't do it. Left Orange after being with them since they started. Terrible service.

Used to have terrible trouble with their overseas call centre. At least three times they promised say 20 pounds credit on the phone and we only got 10 pounds.. who stole the missing 10 pounds. Now they are much better and gave us better contracts Also ee reception is the best around here.

This summary is the events leading to my reason for cancellation & refund. 1. Phone arrived circa April 1.....perhaps that in hindsight was an omen. 2. Charged. 3. Inserted SIM, etc & made a call to test. It worked. Ergo packaging thrown away. 4. Set up URL account & topped up, total £20. 5. Next day 'not working', message 'insert SIM. 6. Removed & replaced several times, no change. 7. Filled out their form requesting new SIM. Amount deducted from credit. 8. New SIM alleged to arrive in 5 working days. 2 weeks later no sign. 9. Email Complaint of sorts made on EE URL. auto acknowledged stating EE would be in touch, in 3 working days. 10.No response, Email sent 6 days later implying cancellation. 11.April 16 phone call from EE. Connection dreadful, EE rang back. 12. Went through the whole story again...I was persuaded out of cancelling....new SIM to be sent. 13. April 18 new SIM arrives. Ignoring the sticker on the envelope to activate, had a text code that was 'obliterated', mine was to replace a defective SIM, ergo, just insert new SIM. 14. Register Failed is now message on phone. 15. Removed & re-inserted SIM, Register Failed, again. I also emailed their cancellation form requesting refund, but the Customer Service reply was 'destroy the SIM', it was a fob off', with no mention of a refund I emailed back about my remaining but daily reducing credit of £17 & no reply. I have now written to them by mail cancelling, using their own contract conditions. This is a truly dreadful company whose customer service suggests they probably have monopoly of the market.

The worst mobile service provider I have ever encountered. I have lived in both the U.S. and France and have never been held hostage by a mobile company before. I signed up for a 12 month 29.99 pound contract with EE to be able to make calls in the EU. What I did not know was that the U.K. is not part of the E.U. and that outside calls to E.U. countries from the U.K. costs a fortune to make. Meanwhile, in France or Belgium, I can make calls to other countries at normal price. Now I am faced with paying a 80 pound bill for 3 times I called to France from the U.K. within the last 4 months. When I called to try to get my money back I was told that it was my fault. I then tried to cancel my account and was told that I would have to pay 200 pounds to leave my contract. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered and will cancel my contract when I am contractually allowed to do so. Congratulations EE on turning away another customer. I will ensure to let everyone know to stay away from your services. Absolutely despicable company.
