“Total rubbish brand ”

I have just purchased a new Samsung S5. Had my old phone on orange /ee On a pay as you go contract I have had 3 new sim cards in 10 days cannot resolve my problem which is transfer of my old number and receiving overseas texts I can apparently have one or the other Staff in my local store are diabolical no tech no how and very very rude moving to another network as soon as I have used my credit my advice avoid like the plague… Read Full Review

Terrible customer service, rude and not helpful. Every month the bill turn out to be big surprise, I can't wait to leave EE, but the contract binding. Never experienced such rude customer service people. EE customer services staff are the rudest that I have ever encountered. After trying to get a refund for them overcharging me on my last bill incorrectly, the customer services agent started shouting at me and told me that I was being rude to him. They are a bunch of liars! Apprently I've given my own phone a fault within the system! Rang ee and they basically told me it's my own fault and I need to sort it, as I'm under warranty which is only 14 days not 1 year with their devices there's nothing they can do for me! The transfered me to cancellation and told me to cancel my line as loosing me as a customer wasn't a big deal to them as they could get another 10 at the drop of a hat! “ mobile network not on this planet”

t mobile cancelled 2 contracts second yr with them, rubbish signal live in the mountains of Wales so 32 days from end of 2nd contracts said to them get rid of you, at this try two e.e sims will cost you nothing wife could not use her phone at all I could but breaking up chips frying in back ground cutting off for no reason phoned ee three times in 3 days each time they had to phone me on land line approx. 4.1/2 hrs they said get rid its stupid I did two days later two new t mobile sims tec guys… Read Full Review

Went in EE to ask about my phone when the phone was looked at I was told nothing was wrong, yet clearly something was.. The guy who was helping me was rude and sarcastic claiming there was no problem just me believing there was, he was sarcastic and didn't care about the phone whatso ever, the service was horrible, awful staff with a bad attitude won't be bring my phone in ever again and will be sending someone else to do it for me! Rang up and have given details numerous times to set up broadband have been told different things each time, no one ever tings you you have to contact them, customer services all say "I don't know" no actual response, advise or reason! I Called a EE Customer serviced couple of times regarding the network coverage on my area in last 2 weeks.One of the Level 2 adviser advised me to move the property and advise me to check the EE coverage before u moved to the new property !!! What a funny advise i Just asked them to install a booster to get network in my home but adviser asked me to move the house if u not getting the EE Coverage. I have been with ee since November 2014. Originally had basic payg phone. Found the talk and txt pack excellent value. Recently bought lumina 635 phone on payg did find you get less data in packs than three. I personally don't use much data ie not streaming films, Music etc. so suits me. Now on sim only plan £12.99pm for unlimited calls and txt plus 2gb data and calls to 0800 numbers. I think excellent value for money. So far I cannot fault customer service. I spoke over the phone to an EE representative and he upgraded me to IPhone 6. I was uhappy with the service as I felt I was misold the price plan, due to only 2GB data and the fact that I was advised that I could not transfer my phone number through an independant company that I was comparing. Upgraded from T mobile to E, and the reception and signal is appaling. Keep losing internet to. Ive been forced to move to EE after buying a Nokia Lumia 920 on ebay. Its locked to the EE network & i must use my sim on their network for six months before they give me an unlock code! The phone signal is terrible, im unable to use the internet when out and about and the customer service is hell on earth! A truly appalling company. This company really doesn't know how to look after their costumers... I took out a contract for 10G, but unfortunately where I work they don't have service cover, so in the end had to rely on Wi-Fi network... so not using even 5% of my allowance... and there is no way they reduce my plan or give me any extras to make me feel a bit less ripped off... Right so I have a Samsung s5 on contract with ee for around £48 a month with unlimited minutes texts and 20gb Internet but not once did I pay that. The bills come up to £170 a month £98 per month. Having the ee app it tells me there are no extra charges out of plan. It's an absolute joke don't get yourselves into wasting money on these fools.
