“these people is just too much...”

I had a contract with T mobile which pass to be EE. In total 4 years with them. T mobile was actually ok but since EE took over all short of nasty things started to happen. They will sell your private data to people abroad to try to sell you things. I had sometimes 4-5 calls a week from people claiming to be from EE, who actually had my contract details, and tried to literally trick me into contracts, like broadband, with conditions that when I actually checked with EE were fake. “Very Poor Service from EE”

Left Orange a number of years ago because of poor mobile reception at/near home and terrible customer service issues. I was tempted back almost 2 years ago by a new replacement phone and lower charges. I thought things would have improved - mistake! Lower charges or not, I still expect to get what I'm paying for. Anywhere in, or even outside, my home calls are abruptly killed and reception lost. I've just experienced a week with intermittent service for both text and calls. Took my contract out 2 years ago. I was promised mobile tv as an add on by the online rep. When it didn't materialise I enquired as to why I hadn't got it and was told its only free for contracts over £41. Fine I was also promised 3 Gb of B.T. wifi I couldn't log on so again I enquired customer services couldn't help me resolve the issue and then I was told BT weren't letting EE customers use their wifi. “5 weeks and still no phone”

5 weeks after ordering I still have not received a what I ordered via the website. Customer services and the web team are equally useless and nobody can tell me what is going on as I apparently do not have an account despite them billing me for a product I do not have or any inclination of when I will receive it. “INSULTING, IMMORAL & ANTAGONISING **I HATE EE!**”

After being with T-Mobile for 4 years I decided to move to a 4G EE sim-only contract, with a view to purchasing a 4G handset. After purchasing the handset (which cost £365), I soon realised that I had completely wasted my money, as the 4G service at my home address is permanently congested during daytime hours, resulting in speeds of only a few kbps, which is painful to use, if not unusable. “Avoid them, very very very bad at every level”

The problem with this company is when you need them to do something. The call centre is a nightmare it takes a long time to get hold of everyone and they will offer to charge you extra to get to the front. I don't believe in paying extra for something that should be done anyway. I changed my address 8 or 9 times and ever time I call they tell me my address is wrong. “Total rubbish brand ”

I have just purchased a new Samsung S5. Had my old phone on orange /ee On a pay as you go contract I have had 3 new sim cards in 10 days cannot resolve my problem which is transfer of my old number and receiving overseas texts I can apparently have one or the other Staff in my local store are diabolical no tech no how and very very rude moving to another network as soon as I have used my credit my advice avoid like the plague… Read Full Review

After trying to get a refund for them overcharging me on my last bill incorrectly, the customer services agent started shouting at me and told me that I was being rude to him. t mobile cancelled 2 contracts second yr with them, rubbish signal live in the mountains of Wales so 32 days from end of 2nd contracts said to them get rid of you, at this try two e.e sims will cost you nothing wife could not use her phone at all I could but breaking up chips frying in back ground cutting off for no reason phoned ee three times in 3 days each time they had to phone me on land line approx. 4.1/2 hrs they said get rid its stupid I did two days later two new t mobile sims tec guys… Read Full Review
