Worst Customer Service Ever! Registered for a house move. Internet was supposed to be live on 3rd May 2016. It's now June and still no internet. Was promised, calls, texts, emails, calls. I ordered ee broadband 4weeks ago. I've had nothing but trouble, and I still havent received my router. A friend advised me to change to ee as she said they were outstanding. I rang and placed order. Advised that it would take 2weeks. 1 week passed and no e-mail or text to advise me on anything, so gave them a quick call. Good job I did as apparently the system failed and there was no order. being with e and e a few years now and when my broadband started dropping I repeatedly phoned them they had me unplugging things from walls etc and promised phone calls from them at certain times not once did any one phone me .. god help me I decided to go with they fibre broadband I dint get one e mail telling me when it was going live I had to call them yet again I am live now and can not belive last night I had 1 meg yes 1 meg it dropped to and that's fibre again… Read Full Review

I have just moved from a PAYG phone with Orange to a contract phone with ee - had no problems whatsoever with Orange but ee cannot get anything right - problems include setting me up with 2 contracts not 1 and trying to charge for both ! - wrong amount on invoice ie different from what agreed in shop - taking ages to transfer my PAC number etc etc - staff on helplines pretty average - "not my job " mentality rules - staff in shop ( Lincoln ) seem to change each time that I have been in and are… Read Full Review

When I first joined EE, 2 years ago, mobile signal was great, very few dropped calls. How ever, recently, I am suffering from constant call dropping, slow data speeds, customers trying to get hold of us getting the following message 'this mobile phone is currently unavailable' I have 3 phones on EE, all as bad! “Awful Service, No staff!”

The staff that do finally answer the phone are hopeless. I bought an Iphone 6 contract with EE on the website. To then be told I have to call anyway. what a waste of time, I then get a credit check come back as 'refer' promised me an email to confirm whether it was approved after being referred to someone else and that he would email me to say whether or not i would have a phone on the way. no email was received so I called again this morning to be waiting with repeating music for 25 minutes… Read Full Review

Had to migrate from Orange, after many years of excellent service - to EE. It was like going from day to night. Seriously poor organisation to do business with especially its unexpected charges at every opportunity. In the end the phone was seldom used due to uncertainty over costs and the Contract was run-out due to the high cost of cancellation. “Worst customer service and hidden charges”

Thought I was getting a great deal through a third party website when I got a pretty cheap contract.....the sacrifice was terrible customer service and hidden charges when cancelling my contract. Customer service reps were mostly advisor's who don't have English as their first language. Therefore any time you have a slightly complex query, you have no chance of getting it resolved. “This is how it should be done”

Our transition from BT to EE was not a smooth affair and it took five days, a number of calls and two engineers to solve it, but solve it they did and it now works better than BT's ever did which was full of hidden extras overpriced and slow. Now after the system has been running over two weeks, it was time to contact EE to solve a little issue of the home mobiles all going over there data charges due to no wi fi and also the issue of the hassle caused by having to be in for engineers and time… Read Full Review

“Avoid!!!”

Overpriced, no signal, continued to take too much from my account for "magic number" numbers cause of their inability to add them onto my account. Signal issues left us without signal for 3 days in a row, about 10 times in 6 months. Customer relations had a bad attitude when I rang to complain, as I have "paid for a MOBILE service" so apparently this meant I had to travel 9 miles every time I wanted to send a text. exactly the same experience taking extra money for i don't know what every month online account extremely unclear and customer services very rude and abrupt. soon as contract ends that's me leaving.

EE is a joke!!! Telephone service has people who don't understand a thing your saying and it always leave me riled up! It's worth booking a day off to call you as you will be so angry of the talking over you and having to explain 10 times that your mood will be ridiculously low!! Joined EE a couple of months ago, Phone was awful and the Broadband connection was non existent, tried several times to get help, the staff were rude and the technical team didn't even ring me when they were supposed to. I was ordered out of the Cambridge branch for querying a bill for Ninety pounds, the manager told me he didn't know who I was even though I have a standing order with them. I have never dealt a company as bad as this. I was suppose th have broadband connected 7/10 IT didn't work after numerous phone calls and visits to the shop I still had no internet. “Awful, misleading and not fit for purpose”

Long story short it took me three weeks of daily phone calls to EE CS to have my mobile number ported to them. I received a new hand set but was sent the wrong sim card (I had upgraded to an iphone6 on 4g). I was lead along for two weeks before they admitted fault.
