I had 2 year contract then I moved to Northern Ireland and couldn't get a signal most of the time service unavailable so they sent me a signal booster box costing me more money.I got cut off conversation in Belfast,coverage is very bad in Northern Ireland!!EE website is constantly under going maintenance so I couldn't log in to view bills and EE constantly keep you waiting for customer service 150 and charge 50p a minute for priority quew.When I changed company they cut me off before other… Read Full Review

“Worse than ever........so called biggest in the UK.”

I've been with orange for about 6 years and had no problems until they join with EE. I tried to contact customer service on last few days and I was on hold for more than half and hour and still nobody answer the bloody phone... And some how when I contacted the customer service to end my contract they still want 30 more days notice to terminate my contract even though my contract time is finish. Just finished a 500 mb 500 texts and 500 min contract costing £40 a month for an Iphone 5. This company is an absolute nightmare and I would avoid at all costs. Ee are an Awful awful company. Was with tmobile for 17 years (back to when it was one to one) never had a problem. Service was fine, customer service always accessible and able to help. Dont really know how this shambles of a company is able to survive with the amount of people it's annoying! 3g and 4g shockingly bad, my phone is always "unavailable" to people who are calling me, I can't make a call without it cutting off within 10 seconds. Don't escalate a complaint with ee!!! I spoke to their complaints team and the agent was intent on arguing rather than listening and trying to solve my problem. They were not able to solve the complaint straight away so promised me a call back and they assured me they would investigate my issues. I signed up with Tmobil in the beginning of 2012, then I been switched to Orange coz orange bought T Mobil, and then it automatically became EE...I didn't choose EE but somehow this is the network I got. The signal is absolutely unacceptable, i got 2 bars most of the time, ocaasionally 3 bars if I've been very lucky. Since then the phone that was not upgraded has not been working properly and we find that this now comes under EE. The we website is useless when it comes to reviewing your account! I signed up to sort a bill and when it came to logging in it asked for my mobile number which it didn't recognise! I would normally phone tech help BUT last time I did that the little man just seemed to ask questions that where obviously on a computer I front of him. No wonder the phone cut out, EE failed to submit the direct debit. A month later they again failed to ask for payment and we were again left without a phone. 

The customer service adviser appeared to blame me for not supplying DD details when they were given in the store when taking out the contract. Worst service for a long time.

“EE is One of the Worst Ever Mobile and Internet Provider”

I transferred my Tesco contract to EE monthly contract as I had signal problem with Tesco. Was very happy with the signal as result tried to bring my O2 pay as you go to EE PAYG. I dialled 150 and gave my PAC code to EE customer service in India, but they replaced my O2 PAUG to my EE contract and permanently cancelled my EE contract. I had that number for 10 years. 

This is more than two weeks ago, I am over the phone asking them to bring back my old number but they haven't been helpful.

Was told I use 2g of Internet when with tmobile, so EE advised me what plan to get based on that. Then after two months I was using more, so they told me to pay more and up it to 5g, I did, but still running out, they then told me to up it to 20g..... Sorry but I'm guessing if I do this I will mysteriously start going over and need to up it to 50!!!!! Seriously!!! Never had this problem with tmobile! I was on Orange for years - although it wan't perfect, it was a hell of a lot better than EE is. I was moved across 3 months ago and since then I have had nothing but problems. I even opted for the 4G and hardly ever seem to get it. my phone will show I'm on 3G but then tell me I have no access. Network is unstable and my phone is constantly showing 'no service' or searching which then drains the battery.
