“Hoping It Will End Well”

So I rang EE and I had a really good customer service, they were really polite, quick and easy.

 I called them asking for a phone replacement because mines decided that as a touch screen phone, the touch screen shouldn't work. So I asked if I could get a replacement on my insurance and all that went down quick and easier than I thought. 

Only have to pay £50 excess rather than £100 (however I think excess is a load of rubbish anyway:) ) but yes should be getting this phone delivered to me

“This company completely annoying. 6 months ago I asked...”

This company completely annoying. 6 months ago I asked them to switch off my roaming and put cap on all calls which is not included in my price plan. they done nothing - as a result i had to pay the bill for the roaming of £80. Now I got my last bill from them. They charged me £23 for 1 day of using their line. “Don't damage your phone”

I broke my phone screen and the cost to repair made it best to buy a new one. I went to the EE shop expecting them just to offer a replacement. I only purchased the phone two months back, but was told the replacement would cost me over £40 more. Found the sales guy a little rude with him saying that's the cost things go up and that was the price. The customer service were just as bad only offered a upgrade. “Actually done me proud for once”

I thought I would leave this review as I have left bad ones about EE in the past. I'm still slightly disappointed with EE but I must admit on this occasion they actually cancelled a 4G dongle box mid way through the contract at no extra charge. I've been an internet user for 20 years and I've never had such a slow connection or bad internet service as I've had with recently switching to EE...It's unreliable, forever dropping out and a damn slow connection..In general, it's awful and I would'nt recommend it to anyone...Save your money and go with another internet provider… Read Full Review

If ee spent half of the amount of money they spend on advertising on infrastructure there customers might actually get the service and coverage that is constantly advertised by big name (money) celebrities. Where i live the coverage is terrible, 4g a distant myth iv heard rumours about. All to often i get missed calls when im using my phone and it actually has a signal, people call me it rings there end but not at mine text messages get saved up till 11 an night then sent in a group???picture… Read Full Review

Having made a mess in topping up my sons phone, I expected to be told that this was my error. In fact I spoke with a young man who rectified my issue within 5 minutes. “High Wycombe EE store”

I had no service on my phone for around a week, swapped my sim with my partners discovering that the phone was ok it was my sim that didn't work. Went to High WYcombe EE store in Eden centre asking for help and making suggestions that my sim was faulty. Assistant helping me was totally uninterested in my query, hardly saying anything to me swapped my sim for a new one and adviced that it should work within 2 hrs. 3 Years ago, good coverage 18 months ago, coverage started to decline. Constant call dropping, data coverage poor. Had enough of this now, as have others judging by reviews! I ordered ee broadband 4weeks ago. I've had nothing but trouble, and I still havent received my router. A friend advised me to change to ee as she said they were outstanding. I rang and placed order. Advised that it would take 2weeks. 1 week passed and no e-mail or text to advise me on anything, so gave them a quick call. Good job I did as apparently the system failed and there was no order.
