EE sent me a sim that I could not activate, because the website is Fisher Price for beginner's I tried calling at least six times to be told it is activated but cant get the usage because their systems were always down, most of the customer service people did not understand what I needed and promised to call me back that never happened either. “£460 + vat for going over data plan by 180mb”

Orange (now EE) are attempting to charge me £460 plus vat for going over my 500mb 24 month plan by 180mb. This is clearly a billing error that is currently in dispute and I am trying to resolve but I am getting the run around with very little feedback. My advice is to avoid this company as they have serious billing issues and very poor customer service. When it comes to these situations they will win. I've had this happen to me several times and you just end up paying the bill. They won't hang about either. I've found they will cut you off asap without notice and still continue to charge you as normal until your up to date with the bills. I don't understand why they give you the option to pay partial amounts when they only accept the bill amount asked. As i've tried paying the partial i could afford one month and they cut me off . Was fun trying to pay my bill when they cut you off the whole system too. Since they have gone EE, they have gone down hill in every way possible.

“By Far the Worst Network I Have Ever Used”

It is deeply ironic that Orange (originally Hutchison Telecom) were fantastic when they started in the early nineties.
I and my associates would only use Orange, as there coverage, quality and customer service were good to excellent.

I left them in the early noughties as the signal was non-existent in Clacton and the customer service had dwindled to a distant memory. No surprise then that at that time it was managed by some French twaats.

I totally agree. Ever since they went into this EE rubbish joining networks, the system has got worse. Using 3g on my z10 is a joke unless using wifi which is totally fine. I thought what's the point of going 4g when they can't get 3g to do it's job. I'd understand if i lived in country,hills but i don't.Live in a well built area in essex.

Their services up until late 2012 were great but you lucky now to have a network at all that works to make a phone call. I'm slowly taking my contracts off the list,i did have 3. Now down to 2. Before i was on contract it was pay as you go due to me being a teen at the time. So i've been using these guys since late 90's and seen the company roll down a hill the last couple of years.

I wrote one of the original review about this company because I felt that i had such bad service that I should warn others. Broke my phone recently and had to have a replacement when I contacted T-Mobile for an upgrade and was told that my line rental discount after upgrade would be reduced from 50% to 30% However if I move over to EE my discount would be 40%. I cannot believe the service and signal issues with this company. Signed up for a new iPhone, it arrived a few days later and it got NO SIGNAL at all, called support only to be transferred between 5 NO LESS different technical support people, at the end of that they said 'nothing we can do about it' and transferred me to a returns line.. now i'm waiting for a 'returns bag' to be sent to me, which I then have to send back to EE using only 'express delivery' which IM HAVING TO PAY FOR as well… Read Full Review

I have been with Orange, now EE, for at least 12 years. My contract comes up in November and I will definitely not be renewing it. Apart from the rubbish connection problems, they bombard me with text messages about magic numbers and their ripoff roaming charges. “Horror, Greedy, Unhelpfull,”
