“Wish I could give no stars - avoid at all costs”

I had the misfortune to pay £25 for what I later learnt was a £10 data pack at Gatwick Airport. Used my sim for the first time on 24th August. One week later, after about 6 texts, I was told I had used them all up and had to top up. Called EE and got my texts reinstated. On 4th Sept I got a warning that I only had 7 days left of my 30 days free 10GB of data. Called EE up - again - and was told not to worry. As EE customer, I was offered broadband deal which i took. it got to moving home. I rang them to change my address and request a move service. 1. Repeatedly ripped me off. Signed me up to a contract that I didn't agree to. Deleted my email account and address, 'by mistake'. Mis-sold their products. Fobbed me off and ignored my complaints. Then when they finally agreed to put things right and refund the overcharges and compensate for mis-selling, they didn't do it. Left Orange after being with them since they started. “ten times better since the call centre is now in uk”

Used to have terrible trouble with their overseas call centre. At least three times they promised say 20 pounds credit on the phone and we only got 10 pounds.. who stole the missing 10 pounds. The worst mobile service provider I have ever encountered. I have lived in both the U.S. and France and have never been held hostage by a mobile company before. I signed up for a 12 month 29.99 pound contract with EE to be able to make calls in the EU. What I did not know was that the U.K. is not part of the E.U. and that outside calls to E.U. countries from the U.K. costs a fortune to make. “Hoping It Will End Well”

So I rang EE and I had a really good customer service, they were really polite, quick and easy.

 I called them asking for a phone replacement because mines decided that as a touch screen phone, the touch screen shouldn't work. So I asked if I could get a replacement on my insurance and all that went down quick and easier than I thought. 

Only have to pay £50 excess rather than £100 (however I think excess is a load of rubbish anyway:) ) but yes should be getting this phone delivered to me

i find the best thing to do when changing providers is to find a friend with a mobile on the network you may want and get them to bring their phone over to yours

This company completely annoying. 6 months ago I asked them to switch off my roaming and put cap on all calls which is not included in my price plan. they done nothing - as a result i had to pay the bill for the roaming of £80. Now I got my last bill from them. They charged me £23 for 1 day of using their line. “Don't damage your phone”

I broke my phone screen and the cost to repair made it best to buy a new one. I went to the EE shop expecting them just to offer a replacement. I only purchased the phone two months back, but was told the replacement would cost me over £40 more. Found the sales guy a little rude with him saying that's the cost things go up and that was the price. The customer service were just as bad only offered a upgrade. I'm still slightly disappointed with EE but I must admit on this occasion they actually cancelled a 4G dongle box mid way through the contract at no extra charge. If ee spent half of the amount of money they spend on advertising on infrastructure there customers might actually get the service and coverage that is constantly advertised by big name (money) celebrities. Where i live the coverage is terrible, 4g a distant myth iv heard rumours about.
