“Zero stars - disgraceful company”

Have been with T Mobile for years and on 6th September asked for an upgrade on one of the 2 contract phones. Since then the phone that was not upgraded has not been working properly and we find that this now comes under EE. Have literally wasted hours talking to their customer and/or technical support and to date my phone is still not fully operational. The we website is useless when it comes to reviewing your account! I signed up to sort a bill and when it came to logging in it asked for my mobile number which it didn't recognise! I would normally phone tech help BUT last time I did that the little man just seemed to ask questions that where obviously on a computer I front of him. “Dreadful”

No wonder the phone cut out, EE failed to submit the direct debit. A month later they again failed to ask for payment and we were again left without a phone. 

The customer service adviser appeared to blame me for not supplying DD details when they were given in the store when taking out the contract. Worst service for a long time.

“EE is One of the Worst Ever Mobile and Internet Provider”

I transferred my Tesco contract to EE monthly contract as I had signal problem with Tesco. Was very happy with the signal as result tried to bring my O2 pay as you go to EE PAYG. I dialled 150 and gave my PAC code to EE customer service in India, but they replaced my O2 PAUG to my EE contract and permanently cancelled my EE contract. I had that number for 10 years. 

This is more than two weeks ago, I am over the phone asking them to bring back my old number but they haven't been helpful.

“Bad service, bad internet”

Was told I use 2g of Internet when with tmobile, so EE advised me what plan to get based on that. Then after two months I was using more, so they told me to pay more and up it to 5g, I did, but still running out, they then told me to up it to 20g..... Sorry but I'm guessing if I do this I will mysteriously start going over and need to up it to 50!!!!! Seriously!!! Never had this problem with tmobile! “May be the biggest network but also the worst..”

I was on Orange for years - although it wan't perfect, it was a hell of a lot better than EE is. I was moved across 3 months ago and since then I have had nothing but problems. I even opted for the 4G and hardly ever seem to get it. my phone will show I'm on 3G but then tell me I have no access. Network is unstable and my phone is constantly showing 'no service' or searching which then drains the battery. you must work for them or be easily pleased, they're disgraceful, 6 days on and still no resolve on my issue, cant get to speak to anyone and nobody is allowed to ring out to call me back because "they are very busy with the new I phone" I couldnt give a toss about people wanting a new I phone I pay them £80 a month and I want some answers.

July 12, 2014 treat myself to a new Samsung Galaxy S4 from EE Eldon Square, Newcastle.... The worst mistake I've ever made. On leaving the store I was informed my phone would connect to the net work within 30 minutes. Got a SIM that never worked and got charged 40 quid for it. When I tried to complain, they told me my account was overdue and that it had been passed to a collection agency. To get rid of them, I told them to just charge the 40 quid to my debit card and they refused. Apparently they need me to waste more of my time in trying to pay charges that I should not have to pay, for a service that does not work. STAY AWAY!! EE is the worst network going. I have my mobile and broadband set up with them and ive had nothing but trouble. Never got a signal on my phone.. and internet service is terrible. Waited over 4 weeks to get connected whilst being charged. Was told twice I would be refunded off my next bill only to find the following month id been charged triple. EE sent me a sim that I could not activate, because the website is Fisher Price for beginner's I tried calling at least six times to be told it is activated but cant get the usage because their systems were always down, most of the customer service people did not understand what I needed and promised to call me back that never happened either.
