lost my phone that I use for business at £50 per hour, the response was shocking. I was told that I would have to wait 1 to 3 days for a replacement after filling in a form after a 1 hour 10 min at local call rate. I had to jump through hoops for that level of service. I will support their exposure all the way. Im paying for a service that was never installed. Cant trust this company, they appear to have no intregity or respect for their customers.

“home broadband sometimes”

when does a broadband provider fail to be your broadband when they can't provide daily broadband EE are sometimes my ISP. “The Sales Team Makes False Promises”

I bought a phone from an EE store in Westfield, Stratford. Since I could not get a contract, I said give me the phone and contract separately. I was told the following things by sales representative 

1. The phone is locked for 6 months 2. The phone is under contract for 6 months 3. It is under a 6 month contract of £10 per month 4. I will get one month free taking this 6 month contract 5. The money will be debited directly from my account.

I have been trying to contact Orange since October to ask about an early upgrade. I waited 30 minutes for an answer on 150. I sent two letters to the Customer Services in Sunderland but got no reply. I found a complaints form on the website and sent and email but no answer to that. By then I no longer wanted an upgrade but my PAC number so that I can leave Orange. “Amazing Service”

I have been an Orange (now EE) customer for 6 years and cannot fault their customer service at all! Whatever problem I've had with my phone; broken, damaged or general help, they have been quick and efficient with their response and where I have needed a replacement phone they have sent one out THE NEXT DAY. My mum has recently moved to vodafone and regrets this massively as their customer service number only directs you to their website. “Disgusting shoddy company”

i got badly treated in the Hull UK shop. i rang them all day fri 21 nov 2015 no answer. rang again sat 22nd ,no answer. rang 150 got cut off,could nt understand them, they could nt understand me. spent sun 2nd PM techs on FB EE site. they kept saying click on links. nothing worked. on mon.someone on 150 told me the online accounts were down. thought my a/c had been hacked into. paid for a taxi into town as i am not well enough to get a bus. i asked in the shop why they weren t answering the… Read Full Review

I can only describe the service as appalling, No words can describe the frustration of trying to get an issue resolved with customer/Technical service. Do not join you will only be disappointed. The worst company I've ever dealt with. Poor customer service. Poor signal. Over charge on every bill. End up ringing every month with a problem and none of the staff seem to care. Would not recommend to anyone to join a good deal now will cost you more in the long run with this company in hassle. “Absolutely rubbish for homr broadband”

When it works, it works. But half the time you're going to be dealing with dial up speed connections. This is the least reliable service I've ever encountered. There's absolutely no reason for the high ping latency - weather will be fine, no road/utilities works going on in the area, absolutely nothing going on anywhere and no problem with signal in itself - it will literally just decide to spend around a week being utter rubbish for no apparent reason. Joined in August for fixed broadband line (coming from SKY). Worst decision ever. Uptime is awful. Speeds are a fraction of what was estimated on my line for fibre. Engineers have been out three times and the customer support is none existent. Takes about half an hour to get through the three waves of customer service agents before you speak with someone who can help you... “Amazing speeds for a small premium”

When I first got my phone (a Samsung Galaxy S4) I was taken aback at how good the phone was and how fast 4G was (five times my broadband speed at the time - 30Mbps). Tethering was a huge bonus as well. After about 6 months the signal strength and speed dropped off over most of the West Midlands area. EE are the biggest discrace on the planet, never join EE group, (t-mobile or Orange) as you will find no method to leave, their website offers a number that says you have called a sales number and then hangs up, brilliant! I asked EE to unlock my mobile on the 17th October - they charged me £20 and gave me a 10 day timeline. 2.5 weeks later I had still not received the unlock code. You cannot view your billing online as you cannot log in. I have rang them several times to sort out the issue. Then they have the cheek to send the itemised billing at home and charge you for it. This issue has been going on for 6 weeks plus and they still cannot sort out login issues on their website. Once my contract is finish I am leaving. The ee company is absolute disgrace, customer service is very poor. I've been with t mobile for over 4 years. As my upgrade was due I wanted to switch to ee on sim only contract. Made deal with sales department over the phone, confirmed it 3 times to make sure I've got the right deal for my money and after I got new sim I found out I've been lied to. I do not recommend EE. Started having problems with service after 3 days of connection and still not a solution. They lie to you in the phone (giving you misleading information about when they will provide a solution), do not offer any compensation and if you say you want to leave because you are not receiving the service then they threaten you with a fine.
