“Can't make a call without loosing signal”

Since upgrading to the iPhone 5s I can barely have a phone call without loss of signal or call failure, I travel up and down the country which it seems to be much worse on the move, I'm constantly receiving "missed call" text messages despite having full signal. “Orange/EE are the new black. ”

I have been with Orange, now EE, for at least 12 years. My contract comes up in November and I will definitely not be renewing it. Apart from the rubbish connection problems, they bombard me with text messages about magic numbers and their ripoff roaming charges. There is not one thing I can think of to recommend this company, but plenty of reasons to rubbish them. “Tried to charge me 130£, awful network coverage”

I'd left 2 months ago and received an invoice detailing a charge of £130. I immediately phoned them and eventually got through to someone (after 30 minutes) and they confirmed it was an error. I recently switched to EE having been with Orange for over 15 years. Unfortunately, as luck would have it, just at the time I switched over a 2G mast was down in the vicinity of my home and I pretty much lost all service both mobile and 2G, 3G and 4G. “Horror, Greedy, Unhelpfull,”

My bill always been max £20 to 25 for the last 6 to 8 years a month, suddenly when time came to upgrade I did it with EE. So far so good. How they manage to bring my bill to £180 withen one month was beyond me. I contact EE and told them to clearfiy it. No wonder, I was charged 0.3333 for just to hear my voice mail and so on. “Hidden Charges when you Leave - Poor Service”

Had a contract with EE which was over after 12 months. Found cheaper on another network and in order to leave that is when the fun started. Despite having fully paid through my contract, EE still have the PIN Lock for my phone. “INCOMPETENT, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE”

If you are thinking of switching to EE, be careful! I have a credit rating of 999 out of 1000 (or "excellent") - they credit checked me and I failed!! That now counts against me in terms of my credit rating - I now have a 'negative' on my credit report because I failed a check. EE do not give you the reason for the failure even though it continues to affect your credit rating (aside from you obviously not being granted a mobile phone contract), they only give you a postal address to write to… Read Full Review

I am here on my own and comunication with Ee tried online chat so complicated they want you sign up but give rubbish service .
