Upgraded from T mobile to E, and the reception and signal is appaling. Keep losing internet to. Try to make a calls and it comes up with not registed on any network, i can send a text at 8 in the morning and the receipcient dosent get it till 2 hours which has caused me no end of problems with work… Read Full Review

Ive been forced to move to EE after buying a Nokia Lumia 920 on ebay. Its locked to the EE network & i must use my sim on their network for six months before they give me an unlock code! The phone signal is terrible, im unable to use the internet when out and about and the customer service is hell on earth! A truly appalling company. Its so bad that im buying another phone and just allowing my current phone to sit in a drawer and run down the 6 months needed to get my unlock code!… Read Full Review

This company really doesn't know how to look after their costumers... I took out a contract for 10G, but unfortunately where I work they don't have service cover, so in the end had to rely on Wi-Fi network... so not using even 5% of my allowance... and there is no way they reduce my plan or give me any extras to make me feel a bit less ripped off... Right so I have a Samsung s5 on contract with ee for around £48 a month with unlimited minutes texts and 20gb Internet but not once did I pay that. The bills come up to £170 a month £98 per month. Having the ee app it tells me there are no extra charges out of plan. It's an absolute joke don't get yourselves into wasting money on these fools. I ordered a brand new phone for a Christmas present and after I received what I thought to be a new phone and wrapped it up. recently I took a monthly phone contract from EE through car phone warehouse. After that I find that network coverage is very poor and while suffing internet getting hidden charges adding to the monthly bill. When I enquired with customer service they say the charges is for a third-party and they don't have any detail of that. After buying a phone from there shop and having constant setup problems,took it into the shop where staff were next to useless,they found one of the pins in the sim port was not there. So faulty phone,but it was after 28 days so would not replace and wanted me to send it for repair,I paid for a new phone not a reconditioned phone. From my own experience I am unable to recommend EE as a reliable, genuine company that uphold the most basic standards within service. I originally had an iPhone 4s which I wanted to upgrade so visited a stand alone store for assistance. “Rude staff Awful service ”

Probably the worst staff customer interaction I have ever experienced on two occasions, rude and aggressive, and yet it is them that has taken £350 for equipment never recieved, they still claim they cant find out why it was taken, and will not refund until one person finds time to look at it. The senior management clearly are not up to the task if they allow staff to behave in this way. “Avoid like the plague”

My phone has not been working for over a month despite numerous phone calls, three trips to the EE shop and waiting for promised call backs on land line which never occurred. EE has a department for everything which means after being on hold for 20 minutes you then get put on hold and transferred on multiple occasions. When all goes smoothly they are OK but when you need help is when they really let you down. They seem to strive to over complicate all systems and processes in a tactic which I can only assume is designed to put you off calling them again. I was an Orange customer for 15 years and just upgraded my PAYG account to Pay Monthly, when I discovered that Orange is now EE.
