This company really doesn't know how to look after their costumers...
I took out a contract for 10G, but unfortunately where I work they don't have service cover, so in the end had to rely on Wi-Fi network... so not using even 5% of my allowance... and there is no way they reduce my plan or give me any extras to make me feel a bit less ripped off...
Really bad service all along!!!!

you can reduce your plan any time, just call them up :)
