I have six hours waiting for the customer services to answer the phone. The last call I waited 2 and a half hours. I was fuming when I got through and the girl was very rude so rather than upgrade I have cancelled my contract. I was with t mobile for fifteen years and was very happy with them but ee are an apsolute joke
