Orange (now EE) are attempting to charge me £460 plus vat for going over my 500mb 24 month plan by 180mb. This is clearly a billing error that is currently in dispute and I am trying to resolve but I am getting the run around with very little feedback. My advice is to avoid this company as they have serious billing issues and very poor customer service. I have been with them about seven years but will now go elsewhere as fortunately my contract is up this month.

When it comes to these situations they will win. I've had this happen to me several times and you just end up paying the bill. They won't hang about either. I've found they will cut you off asap without notice and still continue to charge you as normal until your up to date with the bills. I don't understand why they give you the option to pay partial amounts when they only accept the bill amount asked. As i've tried paying the partial i could afford one month and they cut me off . Was fun trying to pay my bill when they cut you off the whole system too. Since they have gone EE, they have gone down hill in every way possible.
