Having been cold called by BT mobile to supply a mobile which would tag on to my landline and save me charges on call diversion and include free calls to other mobiles etc; I signed up.
Unfortunately the phone supplied for the service (Nokia Lumia) must have come out of a 'cracker' as apart from rarely having a signal it proceeded to slowly shut down operation bit by bit resulting in having to turn on the camera first to get into the menu.
On contacting BT I was told that the phone was supplied free and they would only replace with the same model for £80. Even though i could not use the service i was paying for, they still would not release me from contract and are still taking my money for nothing. I have contacted them on at least 5 occasions to resolve this issue but the result is that BT . . . DO NOT CARE! about customer relations or apparently what you have to say about them.
After being a BT business customer for over 25 years, I can say from experience GO ANYWHERE ELSE! it can't be any worse!
