Beware! Will reel you in & then lie to you

Have been with Three for a while. They then decided to remove the plan I was on and offered to switch me to a plan that cost double monthly. The new plan gives me additional unlimited text and unlimited minutes which I do not need at all. I use 10 texts and less than 200 minutes each month. When I called Three, all they could offer a discount on was on plans that I do not need. They knew I use more of Internet data (up to 10GB at times) and up to 200 minutes of calls and hardly any text each month and still can only give me offers on plans with low data allowance and unlimited minutes and unlimited text. When ask for offers on plans which suits me, I was told there isn't one despite Stating my willingness to sign a 12 months or more contract and pay slightly more per month than I currently pay (£7 more per month). Extremely poor customer service. Spoke to someone called 'Jackson' who tried to convince me that he is giving me the best deal when the deal is already listed online and available to anyone. Asked for my PAC code and he kept bad mouthing other phone companies. He then put the phone down on me! Extremely disappointed. No way to treat a loyal customer. They are happy to take money off you and in their letter even state, I quote, 'we're always working to make sure we offer some of the best plans on the market, with great value minutes and data that help our customers get the most out of their phones'. Biggest lie ever. Beware!
