I've spent 4 months continually complaining to three that my phone does not work, all I get is ignored emails, store assistants telling me to call the call centre in India which leads to broken English, being put on hold and disconnected every time I call and promises that Nokia will do something about my phone... nothing gets done! I can't even stop paying my bill because I'm still 'using' their service! seriously avoid this company! all they care about is getting new customers and ignoring their old ones.
