Had 3 mobile wi-fi for nearly 2 years now. Cannot wait for contract to end. I would have liked to give a zero star rating but this was not available.
The service is awful and when you contact 3, all they tell you is that they are carrying out maintenance work. This happens on a regular basis. 3 then try to tell you that you have been informed by e-mail but if you have no internet how are you supposed to read it!!
Our contract allows a 15gb download per month - what a joke! If I used the service every day it is so slow and intermittent I doubt very much if I could download 15gb.
Customer service is terrible and I would advise everyone to avoid this service like the plague.

I agree.. I went with three because of the deals on internet... but its absolutely terrible. Cant wait for my contract to get over and I will do my best to warn friends and family never to go with three.
