I was due my upgrade with three, I chose the grey iPhone5s. When my iPhone was sent to me in was happy until my charger suddenly stopped charging my phone or any phone for that matter.
I took it to apple for an exchange and they told me my charger was FAKE and that it was not an apple product, they told me to contact three which I did after being out on hold several times and speaking to 6 different people and they did NOTHING about it but call me a liar.

I had to buy a new charger and nobody apologised.

Stay away from three money hungry company with no care for customer service.
