In two months I have lost count of the number of times my friends have coverage, when I have 'no service' showing on my new iPhone 5s. The only thing positive I can say is that when you call them they answer quickly and are very helpful. Apart from that, their UK network totally sucks. On a recent trip through Lincolnshire I had the 'no service' banner on the phone for 12 miles. And just because yo have '3G' showing, don't assume you can use the internet, often it doesn't connect. There is a reason why they are cheaper than the others and it's come out of the bit that matters: the bit that keeps you connected. I have ten months left of a twelve month sim only deal left. I will not be renewing. Ever.
