Having stayed with three for over 10 years and they have no customer loyalty. poor customer service, management who is oblivious of the word CUSTOMER SERVICE. No apologies for the errors they make. I am so pleased to finally get rid of this company and switched over to Tesco Mobile. Awesome customer service with their contact centres based in the UK. Tariff is amazing and so very competitive. I will never look back and would recommend every one not to use this mobile network. They not only have a poor connectivity but as rotten as their low and poor standards of customer service.
