No network coverage/signal for a six hour period during the day on 28/02/2013. 3 explained that this latest 'no service' was due to a local faulty mast. This is now the sixth time ive lost 3 coverage for a period >6 hours and each time, I receive a £5 credit - an insult given the huge inconvenience these outages cause me. I will definitely not renew my contract with 3 when it expires at year end.

Three are becoming infamous for not ending expired contracts, stretching as much as another 6 months out of you by denying you ever cancelled. Even instructing debt collectors to pursue the outstanding amounts.
When you cancel, record your call and get them to email confirmation. More importantly - cancel the direct debit!! They continued to withdraw funds from my bank for 6 months.
