Customer service is absolutely abysmal. I have been with three for 5 years, and encountered a problem every time I have contacted them. The "advisors" at the call centre don't have a clue what they are talking about - and seem to be paid per word uttered. One them said that a monthly cost included BOTH the "VAT and the value added tax". A minor point I know, but as a woman, being called Sir multiple times during the conversation did nothing for my patience!
It's a shame because the rest of the service hasn't been bad, but every experience on the phone has been so stressful and dire, that it has made me want to cut all contact completely.
