I just had to speak with Three to get my credit card registered (Amex) as their website didn't like my card, and found the CS rep to be very courteous, helpful and efficient.
I've not had cause to deal with three cust serv very often but they have always been satisfactory.. since my needs are straight-forward then maybe I'm just lucky.
I know some people have had problems, but perhaps they are unlucky, unreasonable, or don't know how to ask customer service the right things?
