Any time I have phoned them they have been terrible. May as well have been talking to a wall. Customer care should not be this bad!

True, I am so fed up with them throwing bills at me despite giving me a letter stating account closed.
Typical ,,, :( ownself , now trying to cancel "service " 2 weeks now...
