After being a customer for a few years, I was sold a faulty Samsung W phone.I was fobbed off for the first month then told I couldnt have a replacement phone! After sending it for repair 8 times and numerous phone calls to Three's customer compliants dept, I was told that I coud have a lesser grade phone free but stil pay the same monthly charge. I refused this offer as UK law says you shoud get like for like or better I was advised by the Three shop that the Samsung S3 mini was the nearest grade, this was put forward to the compiants team for them to come back with a £80 charge at the end of contract!! I have taken this to Trading Standards and await the outcome.. Needless to say this contract and the 3 othere's from my house will not be renewed!!
