Bought a Samsung Galaxy Ace through 3, had problems with network coverage and the handset charging from the start. Complained to 3, got no-where, persevered with the phone until it stopped charging altogether, took it to 3 shop they sent it off for 'repair' got it back 3 weeks later not fixed, was told I have to carry on paying for it until the end of the contract!-Disgraceful customer service... cancelled my direct debit, I'm NOT paying for a phone that doesnt work!
