been with 3 mobile NINE YEARS ..only just upgraded to get iphone 4 when it got stolen. Just got off the phone to the 3mobile complaints manager Abhi Shec , who clarified in detail that 3 will not be offering me a new phone, will not help with the cost of repairing my old phone , will not allow me to leave the contract unless I pay 750 pounds .... he clarified that even after being with 3mobile for nine years they would not offer me ANYTHING more than any high street shop would offer.
disgusting, disgusting way to treat a loyal customer.
IF ANOTHER PHONE COMPANY OFFERS YOU A BETTER DEAL>>>GO WITH IT BECAUSE 3 will not respect you for staying loyal to them! I am disgusted!
