Most of the time I have no network and when you call their customer service team (in india) they will not deal with your complaint.
They have hung up on me 3 times and spoken quite rudely several times. Horrible and rude service. No dongle or phone network and I live in central London! When the network does work its extreemly slow.
They have no complaints procedure whatsoever, I you are repeatedly left on hold for long periods of time. The Queues are very long usually up to 20 min and when you do get through they will not assist.
I would never ever recommend three to anyone! Everyone I know have had similar experience and I was stupid enough to still go with 3 - I guess I have to pay for it now...
