What a complete and utter nightmare! I was mis-sold a new contract and phone instead of being given an upgrade which I requested.
I'm still trying to sort out the mess and it's doing my head in phoning India, going in-store and trying to speak to the cowboys/girls in Glasgow.
Despite Three's good deals I would stay a mile from this 'outfit'

I have had exactly the same experience.
Phoned to upgrade and find now that I have two contracts!!!
I have been given the run around by the call centre in India, escalated the issue and now find I need to wait days.
Why cant they just transfer my number and cancel the old account, worst customer care I've ever experienced.
