I know many people here seem to complain about the Indian call centre but to be honest with you I dont care if the call centre guy has a different accent than mine. I was with T mobile and o2 before and the service the allegedly UK call centres provide is the worst.
With 3 if they say they will call back, i know they will call back. They speak with respect when they talk and most of them know what they are talking about unlike many other companies who might have british accent but wont even know how to read your bill.
I have used 3 before and currently am on an ipad contract with them now when my phone contract is expiring with t mobile, i will defo switch to 3..

..Very aptly said....i work for 3 cust services ,and i never understand why some customers have a problem with the accent , when they are calling up the contact center to get their issue sorted out... As soon as they get to know they are calling india..they demand to be transferred to england without paying heed to eat we have to say ....honestly most of the people who work for cust services here have a neutral accent which is relatively easy to understand or have a slight american accent if they come from US call center background
