“Ilford exchange staff awkward behaviour for booking repair”

i went to ilford branch today to book repair for my phone and come across awkward staff who asked me to wait for one hour to book the repair for phone inpite it was my turn. Upon my resistance manager comes in and he was worst than staff. Then i understand the whole situation that they are not here to work but frustrate customer. wrong choice to choose three.
three has to improve or they will drastically get down with all these things.
