I had my phone stolen recently, paid fiver for replacement & when I bought a 3g enabled handset could get neither internet or texts to work. Indian tech support useless even as I asked them to check sim first which was the issue. Hours spent plus additional time checking handset. Furious as my daughter was I'll in hosp and I needed to keep in touch.
Trying to complain and offered 15pounds although 3s bad support completely wasted my time. Handset still does not text text and they want me to waste more time to find a shop.
Reception is iffy too. Conversations drop out
