“Poor coverage, poor customer support”

Only good thing about Three is they have low prices - that's where the good part ends.
Customer services - if you like being passed on from one representative to another and sometimes being hung up try three. Also expect, to spend hours on the phone...Their staff is rarely helpful, just reading everything from a handbook.
Very poor coverage! - If you live anywhere near E17 area or Walthamstow central just avoid. There is literally no signal in many shops in Walthamstow Mall and Market. Simply unacceptable! I'm running business from this phone, imagine what means having hours (while shopping) with no signal.

The coverage also varies a lot. In my flat, there are areas where sometimes I have full signal, sometimes NONE...I don't know how that is possible...I guess it tells you everything you need to know about three...
