I had a contract phone with 3 for 24 months my samsung galaxy mobile, the signal was not good on it,i couldn't reveres text as the phone not do that. my contract finish at the end of june 2012, i phone 3 at the beginning of june two times to canal my contract with 3 30days notice as i got a better deal with O2 contract cheaper and better mobile. ok they said. I got bill two week ago say for my 3 mobile that i not got any more and they are still charge me for it WHY!? SO i phone them i told i canal,they ok no worry they will sort it. so last week i got another bill said i got to pay two months on my old 3 mobile i not got the mobile and i canal ,they say i haven't canal and i know i did , i not happy with this so they said they sort it. but i don't trust them . Whyn is it u alway speak to some at 3 and it a diffence people + U DON'T un derstand with they r saying because the r not english.
