On a 18 month contract and left after 13 months. I had 8 faulty handsets, 2 faulty chargers, poor customer service. From the first day I started a contract I had problems due to misguided advice from them and rude customer service advisor.
I advised them I did not wish to receive calls from outside of the UK on the basis that there are so many unemployed people in this country yet businesses are giving work to other countries. This was agreed but never happened. Complaints go unheard unless you constantly call them. They call your works without your permission and when you ask them to delete the works number as you may loose your job for receiving private calls in work time, they agree to remove number but never do.
I agreed to pay all outstand balance when receive a final bill, yet they call asking for the money before you receive the bill.
My advice to anyone thinking of joining 3Mobile is "DON'T"!
When I advised them I was leaving they asked why. I told them why and that I was with a new service provider with a better handset. They asked what handset I had and how much I was paying and what for. I explained and then to get me to stay they offered me the same handset, with less free voice calls, less free text messages, and less free internet for more money than I am paying with my new service provider.Why?
I have 2 outstanding complaints with them.
