“worst customer service ever AVOID”

my phone broke, not sure why but people couldnt hear me when i spoke. i could hear them fine! anyway rang 3 about it, they hung up. It was like 'uh oh problem caller i'll hang up'. Finally got through to someone and they agree to sell my the same phone for £40 (i mean i had to pay) or i would have to send them the phone back and pay for repair. The phone never came. Rang them, they hung up, rang again, finally got through and the reason they hadnt sent the phone is it was out of stock, didnt think to tell me. Basically i was paying £35 a month from march till jun for a phone that no one could hear me on. Also the navigation or google maps didnt work but thats a seperate issue. They wont let me end my contract early so ill just sit tight then move and tell everyone to never go near 3. Worst company ive dealt with, worse than HSBC and thats saying something!!!
