WHAT AN UTTER RUBBISH company, how they manage to stay in business is beyond me!.
Purchased a brand new faulty handset from THREE, took it to the store to be sent off for repair..

The STORE loses the phone, admit to losing the phone, but cant refund me and cant give me a new handset as they dont know how to issue it ?

This is by far the worst company i have ever dealt with, ever.
